Are you or someone you know in desperate need of a building makeover? Just nominate either yourself, a friend or a community group, and our judges from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) will pick the most deserving entry and send in FMB-vetted builders to transform the building – and maybe even the winner’s life!

Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Promotion closes 16th July 2012. The winner will be notified by 30th July 2012 and the work must commence by 1st November 2012. Permission and verification from the building owner is required. The prize consists of one or more builders’ labour costs and material costs up to £10,000 (including VAT).
